Warranty

Holidays with Lights warranties the workmanship and quality of all it's products and Christmas Yard Displays. If there are defects in the product or the product is not as described as ordered, it will be accepted for return according to our published policy set down below. Please note that there is a short time limit for requesting returns on products including Christmas Light Yard Displays, so please check all items upon receipt and report problems by calling 1-866-889-0499.

No other guarantees implied or written are made. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item, especially around peak holidays seasons. Prices of products and Outdoor Christmas Yard Displays, are subject to change without notice, although items shown online will be supplied at cost shown when ordered.

Cancellation

If you have placed an order with Holidays with Lights and you wish to cancel the order, call 1-866-889-0499. If the order has already shipped at time of cancellation or the customer refuses shipment upon delivery, the customer is fully responsible and will be charged shipping to the destination and return to us. Along with the shipping charge there will be a 25% restocking fee of the total items ordered. If your items total $250.00 and your shipping is $50.00, you will be charged $100.00 for shipping and $62.50 for the restocking fee. If the customer cancels the order before it has left our shipping area, there will be a $25.00 charge for paperwork involved.


Returns & Adjustments
Damaged Items

Upon receipt of a damaged shipment, you must contact the carrier (trucking company) immediately. Save the original packaging and do not use the damaged items. Use of the items will void your guarantee, and will prevent your receiving a replacement.

In the event the damaged or defective items are to be returned, it is essential that you contact us within 3 days after receipt of shipment to obtain a (R.A.N.) Return Authorization Number.
NO RETURNS will be accepted without this number clearly written on the outside of the packaging. In case of damaged or defective goods, we will pay for the return shipping. We will make every effort to replace the item(s) with identical product.  If product or Christmas Yard Displays are not available, you may receive your payment back or substitute any available item of equal value. If you choose a more expensive item, the value of the returned item will be credited to the new order, and you will charged the difference in cost. If you choose an item of lesser value, no additional credit or return of partial payment will be afforded.

Return Of Items Other Than Damaged Or Defective

If you wish to return an item or Christmas Yard Displays for any reason other than above, you must contact us within 3 days after receipt of shipment and obtain a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). A (R.A.N.) will not be issued if request is received after 3 days following shipment receipt. No return will be accepted without a (Return Authorization Number) clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. All such items must be returned to us by prepaid shipping and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will not credit shipping and handling charges. Merchandise designed for a particular holiday, e.g., a Santa for Christmas, and purchased before that specific holiday may not be returned for any reason after that holiday has passed. There will be no exceptions to this policy!
