Shipping Information      

Please expect 7 to 14 days for items to be made plus the carriers lead time to deliver.

( Exampal )If your order takes 6 days to make and pack your order and your pick 2-day shipping for your order. It will take 9 days to be delivered.

Shipping cost is dependent upon several factors:

   1. Size
   2. Shape
   3. Weight
   4. Carrier

If you order items from more than one shipping category, all items and Holiday Yard Decorations, will be shipped by the largest category. Thus, if you order 2 small items, 4 large items, and 1 Freight shipped item, all (7 items) will be shipped by freight.

Shipping methods for all items and Outdoor Holiday Decorations in the catalog are shown in the tables provided with the items pictured.

  
   1. Other items will be shipped by freight. The cost for freight depends on weight and destination.

   2. If your order is being shipped by freight,the shipping charges shown are estimates. Should the difference vary by $10 or more, we will contact you to verify the difference.

To: AL, AR, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, TN, SC, VA, and WV the cost is $90 and up.

To: CT, DE, FL, IA, KS, MA, MD, ME, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OK, PA, RI, TX, VT, and WI the cost is $100 and up.

To: AZ, CO, ID, MN, MT, ND, NM, NV, OR, WA, and WY the cost is $125 and up.

Shipping cost for HI, AK, and all international destinations will be determined at the time of the order. We will contact you regarding the rate.

Residential Delivery Charges For Freight Shipment

Our shipping charges cover all handling/packaging and shipping from our place to your address however, some freight terminals will charge a residential delivery charge with the amount varying with each terminal involved. These delivery charges can be avoided by picking up your shipment at the terminal or by having it delivered to a business address.

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order with Holidays with Lights and wish to cancel the order, call 1-886-889-0499. If the order or Holiday Light Yard Decorations, has already departed from our shipping area at the time of cancellation or the customer refuses shipment up on delivery, the customer is full responsible and will be charged shipping to the destination and return to it's origin. Along with the shipping charge there will be a 25% restocking fee of the total items ordered. If your items total $250.00 and your shipping is $50.00, you will be charged $100.00 for shipping and $62.50 for the restocking fee. If the customer cancels the order or Holiday Yard Decorations, before it has left our shipping area, there will only be a $25 cancellation fee to cover paperwork etc.
